Mike joined Invigour in January 2005 and combines his role as a Director of Invigour with that of Chief Executive of the Heart of the National Forest Foundation.
The Foundation is a public private community partnership responsible for the development of the innovative CONKERS visitor attraction, situated in the East Midland former coalfields, delivered to time and quality and operating at a profit. Before that he was Finance and Investment Director of the Black Country Development Corporation, with responsibility for managing an annual programme of £60m, and assessing and negotiating its development agreements with the private sector.
Mike has spent two years as an Associate to KPMG Consulting specialising in regeneration and the funding and delivery of major capital projects.
 
Jim Beeston is Chairman of Invigour Ltd and focuses on its Regeneration and Project Creation activities.
He was Chief Executive of Millennium Point Trust from 1997 to 2001 where he held overall responsibility for this £114m Millennium Landmark project in Birmingham, a catalyst for regeneration, combining
education, science, learning and fun! This highly complex, multi faceted scheme involving a public private partnership, was successfully delivered to both time and budget. Prior to that he was Chief Executive of Birmingham Heartlands Development Corporation and has over 30 years experience in planning, development and regeneration.
Jim was awarded the OBE in the New Years Honours list in 2004 for services to regeneration in Birmingham.
 
Mark Holden set up Invigour Ltd in 2001 and is its Managing Director. He leads the work on Construction Consultancy and Workplace Performance and brings his logistical skills to bear on the Invigour Regeneration and Project Creation commissions. He was formerly Board member for Innovation at E C Harris, a 1500 strong international Capital Project and Facilities Consultancy. He played a key role in determining the strategic direction of the Group during the period 1996 to 2001, as the business grew from £20m to £100m turnover, successfully re-branding itself in the process.
Mark has over 20 years of commercial and project delivery experience in the construction industry working on many major projects. He has assisted several of the UK’s leading companies to realise value and improve performance through their property and construction activities.
