Michael Gibbens
Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and holds an Honours degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster. He has over 17 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Michael’s experience in commercial property development has been gained through working for Land Securities plc, Equity Estates, plc and Goodman UK Limited (formerly Arlington Securities plc). During this time he was responsible for industrial, warehouse and office development from inception to completion and principally in the Southern part of the UK. This experience has covered turnkey, pre-let and speculative development and totals in excess of 2.0m sq ft of built space.
