	Chris Monk Having obtained a Degree in Estate Management at Reading University in 1970, Chris joined the Estates Department of The Legal & General Assurance Society. Since then Chris’s career has progressed through various appointments with J.Lyons & Co pensions, Richard Ellis and Chesshire Gibson where he became an Equity Partner. View Profile
	Michael Gibbens Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and holds an Honours degree in Urban Estate Management from the University of Westminster. He has over 17 years’ experience in the commercial property industry. Michael’s experience in commercial property development has been gained through working for Land Securities plc, Equity Estates plc and Goodman UK Limited (formerly Arlington Securities plc).
