Matthew Watkins
Matthew Watkins joined Invigour in 2009. Matthew is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has been involved in the development and construction industry for 30 years.
As a Construction Director at Goodman (formerly Arlington Securities), he was responsible for the delivery of their prestigious and large scale projects. Matthew specialises in the development management of office and industrial property, mixed use masterplanning and the infrastructure associated with large schemes.
He is experienced in the complete development cycle from acquisition to disposal and has a proven track record working with both blue chip companies and the public sector delivering over £400m of projects on time and on budget in his 11 years with Arlington.
