Schroders’ European Headquarters
Schroders Investment Management, a leading City fund management institution, were keen to re-invigorate their existing premises to reflect their new corporate values by undertaking a strategic Workplace Review of their European headquarters in London.
An initial workplace study at departmental level identified opportunities to create an improved working environment, whilst also achieving a significant space reduction through the introduction of flexible working arrangements and efficient storage solutions.
However, the project evolved to encompass a strategic review of the entire HQ operation and a significant capital investment to improve client facing facilities and the overall working environment.
Invigour acted as Independent Client Advisor for the strategic review, working as part of a client Project Steering team to draw up the brief for an initial opportunity assessment that led to a successful construction and fit out project.
Additional responsibilities included managing the appointment, following a competitive process, of a multi disciplinary design team to undertake the opportunity assessment and options study.
