University of Hertfordshire*

A Development Management commission to deliver this £40m turnkey New Academic Campus for the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield comprising of 250,000sqft of Academic Buildings, Learning Resource Centre and a 500 seat auditorium. . The commission included management of the project from conception to completion including the masterplanning and detailed planning consent for the 15 acre site. The project was delivered within a pre agreed £40m cost model and completed on time to suit the new academic year deadline.

Merc

Mercedes Benz World, Brooklands*

A Development Management commission to deliver this £60m prestigious landmark project for DaimlerChrysler comprising of 180,000 sq brand Centre ft along with 150 acres of track facilities and parkland. The commission included management of the project from conception to completion including achieving the planning consent in designated green belt. The design and construction was carried out within a highly constrained site with ancient public monuments, major ecological and environmental considerations and required close budgetary control for a unique building design.

Eastside

Eastside Locks, Birmingham*

A Joint Venture with Birmingham City Council, Advantage West Midlands and Goodman comprising of the regeneration of 13 acres of the city centre to deliver 1.5m sq ft of mixed use development. The project included detailed negotiations with BCC/AWM, a complex masterplanning exercise on a highly constrained site, a best practice approach to sustainability, an extensive stakeholder consultation exercise. Outline Planning Consent was achieved in January 2009

Gloucester Business Park

Uxbridge Business park*

The redevelopment of the 105 acre former Sanderson factory at Uxbridge. Achieved outline Planning consent for 300,000 sq ft of B1 office development. Delivery of over £8m infrastructure works comprising:- Section 278 access roadworks. Demolition of the existing factory, Remediation of contaminated land, All incoming and service diversion requirements, the establishment of a high quality soft landscaping scheme including 80 acres of parkland.

The redevelopment of the 276 acre former Gloster Aircraft Factory over a 10 year period. The project included the delivery of over £25m infrastructure works comprising of Section 278 works of 2km dual carriageway access via an underpass from the adjacent Junction 11a of the M5, demolition of the existing factory, remediation of contaminated land, provision of all incoming services requirements, the establishment of a high quality soft landscaping scheme and over 2m sq ft of B1/B8 development.

The redevelopment of the 90 acre former Rover Car Factory at Cowley, Oxford. Delivery of over £25m infrastructure works comprising:- Section 278 works of 2km dual carriageway access via grade separated junction from the adjacent Oxford Eastern Bypass, Demolition of the existing factory, Remediation of contaminated land, All incoming and service diversion requirements, the establishment of a high quality soft landscaping scheme and over 1m sq ft of B1 development.

Forum Nová Karolina Shopping & Leisure Centre Centre Ostrava, Czech Republic

Appointed by Meyer Bergman (Investor) as Development/construction advisor and clients representative liaising with Multi (Developer) and GEMO (Main Contractor) for the completion phase of this 1.2m sqft new regional retail destination within a mixed use regeneration area in the heart of Ostrava. The building comprises 3 upper floors designated for retail, multi-screen cinemas, food-court, cafés, children’s areas and summer terraces and 2 basement levels for a supermarket, c 1500 underground car parking spaces and loading facilities.
