University of Hertfordshire*A Development Management commission to deliver this £40m turnkey New Academic Campus for the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield comprising of 250,000sqft of Academic Buildings, Learning Resource Centre and a 500 seat auditorium. . The commission included management of the project from conception to completion including the masterplanning and detailed planning consent for the 15 acre site. Mercedes Benz World, Brooklands*A Development Management commission to deliver this £60m prestigious landmark project for DaimlerChrysler comprising of 180,000 sq brand Centre ft along with 150 acres of track facilities and parkland. The commission included management of the project from conception to completion including achieving the planning consent in designated green belt. Eastside Locks, Birmingham*A Joint Venture with Birmingham City Council, Advantage West Midlands and Goodman comprising of the regeneration of 13 acres of the city centre to deliver 1.5m sq ft of mixed use development. The project included detailed negotiations with BCC/AWM, a complex masterplanning exercise on a highly constrained site, a best practice approach to sustainability, an extensive stakeholder consultation exercise.
